Planning a bathroom reno and not sure who should run it? When qualified plumbers project-manage the job, the plumbing gets done properly the first time, and you get a written quote before any tool comes out.
Most people planning a bathroom reno have already had one quote that didn’t add up, or know someone whose renovation ran weeks over. You’re not the first. The hardest part isn’t picking tiles. It’s working out who is actually in charge of the job.
We do it differently. Your renovation is project-managed by qualified plumbers, the same people whose name is on the workmanship guarantee. The plumbing rough-in, the waterproofing, the fit-off: these are the parts that fail expensively if they’re rushed or handed to whoever was free that week. We run those stages ourselves and coordinate the rest of the trades around them, so the job moves in the right order.

A renovation is weeks of trades coming and going, so the schedule matters. When you book, you'll get a calendar invite, so key dates land in your phone, not on a sticky note. You'll get an SMS the day before a stage starts, and an on-the-way call before the plumber arrives. No four-hour windows.
Jordan, Sam, Bailey, Jason, Pat or Lewis. The plumbers running your renovation are named, photographed, and named in our Google reviews by the customers who've already had them. You'll know who's managing your job, and you can ask for the same person next time.
You'll have the full scope in writing before demolition day, not a ballpark that creeps once the wall is open. That written quote is the price. If we find something behind the old tiles, we stop, explain it, and you decide before we go further.

The plumbing in your renovation, the rough-in, the waterproofing, the fit-off, is backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee. If our workmanship ever fails, we come back at no charge. In writing, in plain language, with no fight.
A complete strip-out and rebuild, project-managed end to end. We handle the plumbing stages ourselves and coordinate the other trades around them, so demolition, waterproofing, tiling and fit-off happen in the right order.
Small spaces leave no room for plumbing mistakes. We plan the pipe runs and fixture positions before anything is opened up, so a compact ensuite still gets done properly.
New sink, dishwasher, fridge water line or a moved benchtop. We do the plumbing rough-in and connections for your kitchen renovation and work in with your cabinetmaker's schedule.
The stages that cost the most to fix later. We handle the in-wall and in-floor plumbing and the waterproofing to standard, then show you what's been done before it's covered up.

I recently had my sink repaired and couldn’t be happier with the service. The plumber was professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything in simple terms, and fixed it efficiently without any hassle. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how clean they left the area afterward—no mess at all. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!Posted on Google Lalani O'ConnellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We would like to thank Sam from Turner and Co Plumbing for rectifying many of our connections from stormwater -sewerage and replacing some wider down pipe connector so as more run off can escape better rather than overflow. Sam also adjusted copper piping so as present back yard renovator could pour concrete easily and hopefully make for smooth concrete slab. Sam offered us two ways to rectify our plumbing concerns always keeping our budget in mind. Basically a quick , effective and sturdy result. He was polite at all times and although digging the trench and removal of excess concrete boulders was hard work always remained positive , cheerful and humorous. Each individual task that needed repair or alteration he was very knowledgeable and spoke with us about what was needed, why it was needed and pros and cons of how our decision could save cost on the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam for any plumbing repairs. He is honest, fair, well versed and reliable. Headquartered on Pioneer Avenue, Tuggerah. Trucks head out every morning to Gosford, Wyong, Terrigal, Woy Woy, The Entrance, Bateau Bay, Long Jetty, Berkeley Vale, Kincumber, Erina, Avoca Beach, Umina Beach and the suburbs in between. If you’re on the Coast, we probably cover you.
Renovating an older Central Coast home has its own quirks. Post-war homes on the Woy Woy peninsula and around Long Jetty often hide galvanised or aged copper pipe that needs replacing once the wall is open. Salt air corrodes fittings on beachside renovations near Terrigal and Avoca. We plan for the pipe stock we’re likely to find before we quote, so the surprises behind the tiles are smaller.
We take on bathroom and kitchen renovations across Tuggerah, Gosford, Wyong, Terrigal, Woy Woy, The Entrance, Bateau Bay, Berkeley Vale, Kincumber, Erina, Avoca Beach, Umina Beach and most suburbs in between. Not sure if we cover yours? Call us on 0452 216 695.
Yes. A licensed plumber can carry out the plumbing work in a bathroom renovation and project-manage the job, bringing in the other trades a bathroom needs. The advantage is that the plumbing stages, the parts that fail expensively if rushed, are run by the trade that knows them best. Call us and we’ll walk you through how we’d run yours.
For most standard bathroom renovations, you don’t need a licensed builder unless the job involves structural changes like moving a load-bearing wall. A plumbing-led renovation team can handle the rest. If your job does need a builder, we’ll tell you that up front rather than after demolition.
You can take on cosmetic work like painting or sourcing your own fixtures and tiles. Plumbing and waterproofing are different: in NSW this work must be done by a licensed tradesperson and certified, because it’s what protects the rest of the house from water damage. Happy to talk through what you can take on and what we should handle.
A standard bathroom renovation usually means the room is unusable for a few weeks, depending on scope and how quickly fixtures arrive. We give you a stage-by-stage schedule with the written quote, so you know which week is demolition and which week is fit-off. We keep you updated as each stage starts.
It depends heavily on the size of the room, the fixtures you choose, and what we find once the old bathroom is stripped out. Anyone quoting a firm price without seeing the space is guessing. We come out, go through the scope with you, and put a real number in writing. The quote covers the work; there’s no charge if you don’t proceed.
Yes. The written quote is the price for the scope it covers. If we open a wall and find something that has to be dealt with, an old pipe run or a hidden leak, we stop, explain it, and you decide before we go any further. You’re never billed for a change you didn’t approve.
Besides bathroom renovation, we also provide a wide range of other plumbing services. Including:
