It depends on the time of day, your suburb, and where the nearest truck is. When you call, we’ll tell you the actual arrival window for your address, not “sometime today”. If we say 45 minutes, we mean 45 minutes. If we’re held up, you’ll hear from us before the time runs out.

It depends on what’s wrong. You’ll get a written quote on the spot before any tool comes out, so you know the price before we start. If you don’t proceed, you pay nothing. No call-out fee, no diagnosis fee, no surprise charges. If you do proceed, the quote is the price.
Three things. First, turn off the water at the meter, usually at the front of the property near the kerb. Second, if water is near electrics, turn off the power at the main switch in the meter box. Third, move anything valuable away from the water. If you’re not sure where the mains is, tell us on the call and we’ll talk you through it.
